RETURN CONDITIONS

The customer and user has the right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To return the order, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and in its original packaging.

STEPS TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Enter our returns portal to return the item. RETURN PORTAL
2. Choose whether you want a refund or size exchange.
3. Print the return label and take it to the nearest collection point.
4. Once your order arrives at our facility, we will check that everything is in order. If your order is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund your money.
5. Please, before making a return, we recommend that you consult our shipping, exchange and returns policy.

In the event that the product does not meet the conditions indicated, the return may be rejected and we will not refund the final amount paid for the product, nor the amount paid for return costs.
