However, Trend Origins SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website, by simply changing the content of it. In this way, the products offered in every moment by the web will be governed by the general Terms and Conditions of contracting in force in every case. Likewise, the company shall have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products.

The availability of the products offered by Trend Origins SL can vary according to the demand of the clients. Although the seller updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time.

1.1 Products in special periods

In special periods such as sales, promotions or specific actions, shipping times may be increased, although we will work hard to prevent this from happening. All those products that are purchased with a discount on their original price will be subject to a special policy of exchanges and returns. Products with a discount on their original price are all those products purchased with discount codes or with a catalog discount on their original price.

2. How to place an order

2.1. Purchase request

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure. Once the purchase process is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation of the order by e-mail. 2.2 Delivery of the order

Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order within approximately 24h-48h, in working days, in Spain and Portugal from the time the products leave our facilities.

The shipments made in Europe will have an approximate delivery time of 3 to 7 working days since they leave our warehouse.

Trend Origins SL does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user are false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the user or the retention of the product in customs.
